So you just got a shiny new phone from Xfinity Mobile? Awesome! Activating it is super easy and only takes a few minutes. I’ll walk you through the whole process step-by-step.

What You’ll Need Before We Get Started

  • Your new Xfinity Mobile phone (powered off)
  • An Xfinity Mobile SIM card
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account details
    • Account number
    • Phone number (if transferring an existing number)

Step 1: Unbox Your New Phone and SIM Card

Carefully open up your phone’s box and take everything out. You should have:

  • The phone
  • Xfinity Mobile SIM card
  • Charger
  • Any other accessories

Leave your phone powered off and insert the SIM card as described in the box.

Step 2: Log Into Your Xfinity Account at xfinitymobile.com/activate

On another device, head to the activation page at xfinitymobile.com/activate and sign in with your Xfinity credentials.

Use the email, mobile number, or username you signed up with.
