How to Cancel Showtime anytime Subscription?

So you’ve decided it’s time to cancel your Showtime Anytime subscription. Hey, no judgement here! Before you pull the plug, it’s good to understand how the cancellation process works.

Heads up: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You also won’t get a refund for any unused portion. But after your billing date passes, no more charges!

Cancelling on the Showtime website is simple:

  1. Open your browser and go to Showtime.com.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click on your profile icon in the top right and go to Account Settings.
  4. Under Your Subscription, select Cancel Your Subscription.
  5. Follow the instructions to confirm cancellation.

On Your Android Device

You essentially cancel by turning off auto-renewal in the Google Play store:

Via Web Browser

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  2. Find your Showtime subscription.
  3. Click Cancel subscription.

On Your Android Device

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top right.
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Find Showtime and tap Cancel.

Easy peasy!

On Your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions > Showtime.
  3. Turn off Automatic Renewal.

Your subscription will cancel at the next billing date.

On Mac or PC

  1. Open iTunes and click Sign In to enter your Apple ID.
  2. Click your name > Account Info. Enter your password.
  3. Under Subscriptions, click Manage next to Showtime.
  4. Turn off Automatic Renewal.

Again, cancellation happens after your billing date.

On Fire Tablets and Fire TV

Via Amazon Website

  1. Go to Amazon.com and click Your Account.
  2. Hover over the menu and click Your Android Apps and Devices.
  3. Click Your Subscriptions in the side menu.
  4. Select your Showtime subscription and click Cancel Subscription.

On Your Fire Tablet

  1. Go to Apps > Store.
  2. Open the menu and tap Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Showtime and tap Cancel Subscription.

In the Amazon Appstore

  1. Open the menu and tap Subscriptions.
  2. Pick Showtime, then Cancel Subscription.
