Inclusive Education

 Inclusive Education Department was established in June 2003 at MSCERT level. This section conducts supplementary programmes and creates environment for including children with special needs in normal schools.

 Objectives :

 To create awareness of education among teachers for inclusion of handicapped children.

  1. To develop capacities in teachers for Inclusive Education of handicapped.
  2. To create awareness about Inclusive Education of handicapped among parents and teachers.
  3. To develop capacities in experts.

 Training of experts from group resource centre by Inclusive Education Department:

 Training programme by BRC/CRC/URC included preparation of training, scrutiny of material, programme for training, similarly, discussion on previous material and guidance book prepared by MPSP, Mumbai was carried out and after giving thought to it. new subjects were decided. The workshop was arranged for writing about these subjects at Parishad level. Thirteen workshops were taken from May 2012 to February, 2013. In those workshops (Urban and Rural) prepared guidance book for working method and training module, Finalization of it also has been done. But due to lack of sanction, printing of material, training programme at State, District and Taluka level, visit to training and follow-up programme has not been arranged.

 Curriculum Primary Education 2012:

 Translation of subjects other than language Part I and II was given to Inclusive Education Department from Curriculum Development Department. For different training Programmes training module, handbook is always prepared by Parishad. To get the advantage of this material to teachers of Urdu and English medium schools, it should be translated in Urdu and English. Work of translation is given to this section. The information of expert teachers of Urdu and English medium was collected from Education Officers (Primary and Secondary), Principals of DIET 's. But many of the districts have not given the information. The rate per page for translation was asked to Balbharti/SSC Board. The list of experts also was taken from Balbharti/SSC Board. "Bhasha Cell" is also established at Parishad level. Class I, II & III Officers from Inclusive Education Department are looking after the work of "Bhasha Cell."

Curriculum Primary Education 2012:

 Workshop for Urdu and English translation was arranged on 20th Feb. to 22nd Feb. 2013. Information of experts was filled in "Prapatra - A". In this workshop, the work of translation was allotted. The guidance was also given. English translators showed their inability to work in the Parishad. They demanded to give work at home. The work of translation and moderation was given by the department to do it at home. This will be completed shortly.

Three workshops were arranged for Urdu medium and the information of experts was filled in Format-A. The translation of Urdu medium is complete and its DTP also is done. The workshop of rechecking and moderation was arranged from 4th June to 7th June 2013. The above mentioned work of translation is done by this department.
